Taking Care of the Temple of God's Spirit

Meditation
1. Get into a comfortable position(traditional meditative position, upon a pillow for posture), or prayer position.
2. Begin long, slow breathing, about 4 seconds per breath, with the focus on relaxing. Do this as you wait for your body to relax, letting your mind relax as you pull away from monitoring your breathing, and just relax as the timing comes naturally.
3. As your body relaxes, begin to focus on God. Let all other thought which enter your mind pass by without recognition, and only observe them. Keep your focus on God, and rather than speaking or asking for anything, just listen to what He has to tell you. Dont worry about the amount of time you are in meditation, just take in what the Spirit is giving you. Take it slowly, and just relax without worry. He will tell you when it is time to get up.
4. After you receive all He has to deliver to you. Give him your full appreciation. As you arise from your meditative state, rest assured in the peace which He has given you. Relax and be at peace, Jesus is Lord, and He loves you.
This is just a most basic form of meditation. As you advance, you will begin gaining more control over you mind, emotions, and overall being. The brain is so powerful, yet we barely tap into it. As you incorporate meditation on the LORD into your lives, it will help you focus and relax, and overcome problems in your path. "All things are possible through Christ our Lord," and God has given us these abilities to tap into. In love I wish you enlightenment, focus, and control, and may God bless you in your life.
Participate in an Exercise Program
Begin to now start building yourself up nutritionally. Still try to take about 20-30 minutes for exercising though. Begin by stretching, and doing warm up exercises. With the weather being warmer, don't forget the importance of water, even indoors. For your current workout do a routine of
Pushups 3 sets of 25 (1 set regular, 1 set hands together, and 1 set wide armed)
Jumping Jacks 3 sets of 20 (4 count)
Situps 2 sets of 25 (legs bent) and 1 set of 20 (reverse sit ups)
Run Lightly jog for about 10 minutes or until you get too tired to continue
All of this followed by your cool down, and remember to drink a full glass of water about 20 minutes before hand, and half a glass 10 minutes after.
